Machine Operator - Multiple Levels & Shifts Available

We are seeking highly motivated Machine Operators to join the team at Dart's Center of Excellence in Federalsburg, MD. In this role, you’ll operate our paper production machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining our high-quality standards. Shift Availability:  

• 7:00 am - 7:00 pm 
• 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (includes $2/hour shift premium)

What you’ll do… 

• Set up, start, troubleshoot, and properly shut down process equipment
• Operate machinery from raw materials through finished goods
• Diagnose and resolve equipment or material issues
• Maintain production logs and reports
• Use SAP to perform production processes
• Perform general preventative maintenance on equipment

What you’ll need… 

• Level II: 2+ years of experience operating manufacturing and process control equipment or equivalent technical school or apprentice experience 
• Level III: 3+ years of experience with advanced knowledge of machines and material processes 
• Previous plant production software experience required; SAP experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot problems including knowledge of machines and tools, their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• Previous powered industrial truck experience, preferred
