What You'll Do:
- Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot automated machinery and computer-controlled systems
- Lead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and controls issues
- Use PLCs for ladder logic and basic programming
- Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
- Analyze test data and perform root cause analysis
- Update and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical schematics
What You'll Need:

Education & Experience:
- Associate’s degree in automation or related field + 3 years of experience
- OR High school diploma + 5 years of experience in automated manufacturing

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in reading and drawing mechanical/electrical diagrams
- Strong understanding of NFPA 70 Electrical Code
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic systems, and industrial controls
- PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic modification skills

Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with SPC, SQC, 5S, 8D, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Gage R&R, DOE
