We’re seeking a hands-on Janitorial Supervisor to lead daily janitorial operations and support key goals in safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support janitorial teams, ensuring a clean, safe, and GMP‑compliant facility
  • Promote safety, quality standards, and adherence to procedures
  • Maintain janitorial supplies/equipment and coordinate repairs as needed
  • Track documentation, complete required reports, and monitor KPIs
  • Assist with documenting BRC audit information 
  • Audit work areas and correct deficiencies
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Use computer systems and Microsoft Office to manage data and reports

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year lead or equivalent experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of janitorial experience
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and SDS
  • Computer proficient; able to train employees and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in English for training, safety, and quality communication

Preferred

  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus!
  • SAP or production software experience
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree
