Are you an experienced quality control professional ready to take the lead? In this position you will support department efficiency and ensure product excellence. This hands-on role requires spending 85% of time on the production floor, working closely with department Supervisors and team members.
Shift Availability:
- 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
- 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
What you’ll do…
- Perform and oversee routine quality inspections of semi-finished and finished products
- Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend solutions using SPC and root cause analysis
- Support audits, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards
- Coordinate schedules and resources to meet production goals
- Monitor quality metrics, correct deficiencies, and escalate issues as needed
- Train new employees and provide performance feedback
- Communicate effectively across shifts and departments
What you’ll need…
- High School Diploma or GED (Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of quality control experience in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of and ability to apply statistical process control (SPC), analytic skills, root cause analysis, repeat and reliability methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create reports, documents, and spreadsheets in MS Word and MS Excel
- Experience using Quality Management System, SAP preferred
- Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
- Prior training experience (preferred)
- Previous experience in a Lead role (preferred)
- Exposure to heat, noise, dust, and chemicals
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and operating equipment
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays

Work Schedule & Travel:
- Initial schedule will be Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Will transition to 24/7 operations later this year; flexibility required.
- Travel is required (up to 50%) for the first several months/throughout 2025-2026. Travel will be for onboarding, training, ongoing operational excellence and other purposes. Travel will, for the most part, take place Monday – Friday, but some weekend travel may be required.
