We’re seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and drive performance across safety, quality, efficiency, and service. This role requires spending 75% of the time on the production floor, ensuring equipment uptime and leading a proactive maintenance strategy.
What You’ll Do - Results:
- Supervise maintenance teams and promote safe, compliant practices
- Lead preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance efforts
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules and job plans
- Analyze equipment performance and implement improvements
- Track KPIs and correct trends that impact operational goals
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate across departments to meet production and maintenance targets
- Train and develop team members, providing feedback and support
What You Bring - Experience and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Two (2) years supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance and reliability
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with mechanical/electrical systems, automation, and controls
- Ability to read schematics and train others on procedures and technology
- Familiar with the use of hand tools
- Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes, and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Previous plant production software experience required; SAP experience preferred
- Ability to perform root cause analysis, compare and investigate information, and recommend and implement resolution
- Proven analytical problem solver
- Ability to work weekends and respond to emergencies

Work Schedule & Travel:
- Initial schedule will be Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Will transition to 24/7 operations later this year; flexibility required.
- Travel is required (up to 50%) for the first several months/throughout 2025-2026. Travel will be for onboarding, training, ongoing operational excellence and other purposes. Travel will, for the most part, take place Monday – Friday, but some weekend travel may be required.
