Parts Room Supervisor – Lead, Optimize, Deliver Excellence
Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows parts & inventory management inside and out?
We’re looking for a Parts Room Supervisor who can drive performance, develop teams, and ensure our operations run safely, efficiently, and flawlessly.
What You’ll Do
As a key leader, you’ll take ownership of our Parts Room and Rebuild operations—ensuring everything from inventory accuracy to team performance meets the highest standards.

Lead & Develop Teams
Inspire, coach, and grow Parts Room and Rebuild staff while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and teamwork. -
Own Operational Performance
Drive results and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) including Safety, Quality, Service, Production, and Efficiency. -
Oversee Inventory Excellence
Ensure parts are accurately tracked, controlled, and available—keeping operations running smoothly. -
Promote Safe & Quality-Driven Work Practices
Champion safety, GMP standards, and compliance while leading by example every day. -
Plan & Execute Daily Operations
Schedule labor, manage workflow priorities, track attendance, and coordinate shifts and breaks to meet production goals. -
Monitor, Analyze, Improve
Track KPIs, identify trends, and take action before issues impact performance. -
Drive Continuous Improvement
Support Lean initiatives and Operational Excellence efforts to reduce waste and enhance efficiency. -
Keep Things Running
Ensure tools, equipment, and parts are maintained, available, and in top condition.
What You Will Bring:
- One (1) year of lead (or equivalent) experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) year of related experience overseeing parts / tool room, inventory control, or purchasing in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes and procedures
- Displays strong interpersonal skills and is accessible and approachable
- Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks, projects and priorities
- Math skills to include simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Familiar with and ability to convert decimals to fractions or vice versa
- Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior supervisory experience
- Previous plant production software experience required, SAP experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Prior training experience
- Lean manufacturing experience
- Paper converting, chemical/plastics processing and packaging industrial experience
