Process Engineer (Water Treatment)

Now Hiring: Water Treatment Process Engineer
Primary Locations: Leola, PA & Horse Cave, KY | Travel Required (30–40%)

Are you experienced in water treatment and ready to make a direct impact across multiple production facilities? We’re seeking a Water Treatment Process Engineer to join our team and support our mission of maintaining safe, efficient, and sustainable water systems.

What You’ll Do:

In your first 6–12 months, you’ll:

• Conduct on-site assessments of water loops at various production plants
• Train plant teams on water testing procedures and best practices
• Support annual contract negotiations related to water treatment services
• Troubleshoot corrosion, tooling, and water loss issues in process systems
• Collaborate with maintenance teams and occasionally with production staff

Technical Focus:

• Boiler and feed water chemistry
• Process and chilled water loops
• Corrosion control and system troubleshooting
• No product development or CAD/simulation work required

Who We’re Looking For:

• Requires one of the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in engineering or related field of study and three (3) years of related engineering experience, OR
  • Associate’s degree and nine (9) years of related engineering experience, OR
  • Comparable experience, without a degree will be considered
• More or less experience can be considered for the Associate level or Senior level Process Engineer role

📌 Must be based near Leola, PA or Horse Cave, KY (or be willing and able to relocate to one of these areas).
The ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport is required.
