What you’ll need…

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, plus three (3) years of related engineering experience, or

• Associate’s degree and nine (9) years of related engineering experience

• Experience analyzing production equipment, processes, and materials to solve issues

• Knowledge of statistical and quality methodologies (SPC, SQC, 5S, 8D, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Gage R&R, DOE)

• Ability to write and manage Process Control and Process Reaction Plans

• Experience with thermoforming, injection molding, print, and/or paper equipment and processes

• Understanding of engineering science and technology principles

• Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications

• Design skills for precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models

• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for effective product manufacture and distribution

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage projects, deadlines, and tasks independently

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in English for effective training and ongoing communication about safety and quality

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in LEAN Manufacturing and/or Process Management
