Process Technician - Overnight

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Production Technician to join our team and support the assembly, installation, operation, and maintenance of production equipment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will help ensure production equipment operates at peak efficiency while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across our operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with the set-up, operation, testing, and troubleshooting of production equipment
  • Support the assembly, installation, and modification of machinery and mechanical components
  • Monitor equipment performance and collect data related to calibration, inspection, and repairs
  • Perform basic mechanical repairs and adjustments to maintain equipment performance
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and bills of materials
  • Use manual and powered hand tools safely and effectively
  • Collaborate with engineers and senior technicians to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
  • Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory and ordering replacement components
  • Partner with production teams to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Develop knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment


What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or hands-on experience in manufacturing or mechanical maintenance preferred
  • Basic experience with tools such as multimeters, soldering irons, wrenches, and screwdrivers
  • Ability to read technical documents such as manuals, schematics, and prints
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes
  • Basic math skills (including decimals and fractions)
  • Familiarity with production machinery or testing equipment is a plus
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
