Leola, PA, will soon be home to Dart’s new paper plate manufacturing Center of Excellence! This industry-leading facility will be an efficient manufacturing powerhouse, with the capacity to meet the growing demand for paper-based food and beverage packaging.  

We’re looking for an experienced, people-focused, and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to play a key role in shaping our operations from day one. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind our shipping, receiving, and inventory processes - while leading your team to excel in Safety, Quality, Service, Efficiency, and Employee Development. You’ll be instrumental in creating a workplace where people want to show up, give their best, and grow.

What you’ll do…  

• Enforce safety and quality standards, and lead by example in promoting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 
• Foster teamwork and collaboration, and develop team goals and procedures. 
• Manage dock operations, trailer routing, and freight scheduling. Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. 
• Support and participate in lean initiatives to enhance operational excellence. 
• Track KPIs, audit operations, and address deficiencies to ensure adherence to standards. 

What you’ll need...  

• Two (2) years supervisory experience with strong leadership and management skills 
• High School Diploma or equivalent  
• Three (3) years of experience in a warehouse environment 
• Previous plant production software experience 
• Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes and procedures 
• Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes 

Work Schedule & Travel:

• Initial schedule will be Monday–Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
  • Will transition to 24/7 operations later this year; flexibility required.
• Travel is required (up to 50%) for the first several months/throughout 2025-2026. Travel will be for onboarding, training, ongoing operational excellence and other purposes. Travel will, for the most part, take place Monday – Friday, but some weekend travel may be required.
