Dart is seeking an Associate Procurement Sourcing Analyst to join our Capital Procurement team. In this role, you'll support the sourcing and procurement activities behind critical capital investments, including manufacturing equipment, facility expansions, automation projects, engineering services, and infrastructure improvements.

What You'll Do

As an Associate Procurement Sourcing Analyst, you'll provide procurement execution and sourcing support across a diverse portfolio of capital projects and supplier relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing purchase requisitions and creating purchase orders that support capital projects and operational needs
• Supporting sourcing events through RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs while coordinating supplier communications and proposal activities
• Building bid analyses and commercial comparisons that help procurement leaders make informed business decisions
• Coordinating supplier onboarding, compliance verification, and confidentiality agreements
• Partnering with Finance, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Accounts Payable, and suppliers to keep projects moving forward
• Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and procurement-related issues
• Analyzing procurement and supplier data using Power BI and other business tools to identify trends and opportunities
• Maintaining procurement plans, dashboards, sourcing documentation, supplier records, and project trackers
• Working directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support project milestones, sourcing initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with data
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Initiative, curiosity, and a desire to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship, co-op, or early career experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, project coordination, or operations
• Experience supporting RFQs, RFPs, purchase orders, supplier communications, or contract administration
• Exposure to SAP, Power BI, or other ERP systems
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Interest in manufacturing, supplier management, and capital projects
