• Learn about trends in food consumption, food delivery, e-commerce, recycling, and emerging new packaging materials/solutions
• Work in a quickly evolving and surprisingly innovative industry

• Interact with leadership and have input on decisions. 

Core Skills and Qualifications

The ideal Business Team Analyst candidate must possess all of the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Packaging or related field of study (Economics, Finance, Marketing)
  • A mid level position also requires one (1) year of experience supporting decision-making in marketing, product management, or general business role
• Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills acquired through education or work experience
• Ability to utilize business sense and creativity to develop new ideas and solutions
• Ability to operate with sense of urgency and focus on providing exceptionally reliable customer service
• Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to clearly communicate intricate job-related processes that ultimately affect decision making
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets, in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive issues
