We're looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor to lead and support our team of Customer Service Representatives and Data Entry Assistants, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service!

You'll coach and develop staff, optimize processes, and use Salesforce to track performance.

Day-to-Day Role: 

  • Supervise, train and support the Customer Service team to ensure that orders are processed accurately and timely, delivering on appropriate service levels to our customers
  • Review, recommend and implement improvements to department procedures and best practices with other members of leadership
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting new team members
  • Define, communicate, and monitor team objectives and results
  • Monitor Customer Service team performance and workload using various tools and metrics
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to build knowledge and skill within the Customer Service team
  • Evaluate performance and provide both positive and constructive feedback to develop employees
  • Assist Customer Service team with problems related to order management tools
  • Improve customer experience by staying informed on current department, company, and customer trends
  • Work directly with Customer Service team to provide recommendations and escalate issues as needed
  • Ensure coverage for staff during absences

 

 

Core Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Supervisory experience and/or demonstrated leadership experience
  • Customer service or order processing experience to include proposing alternatives, responding to challenges, developing and executing innovative solutions for the company and the customer
  • SAP or similar ERP system experience including order processing
  • Salesforce or similar CRM system experience
  • Experience managing and executing multiple tasks, projects and priorities
  • Ability to think strategically and see how all parts of the process interact with the big picture
  • Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes to internal and external customers
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish, both verbal and written is required
