Dart Container is seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented Cash Manager to oversee our cash management function, including supervising the work of other team members.  The Dart Treasury department works closely with senior management and other departments to manage the Company’s liquidity and capital position and to support financial and other transactions. Day-to-Day Role:

  • Responsible for the daily cash process, including team responsibilities of reconciling cash accounts, recording cash transactions, and processing manual electronic payments
  • Manage daily cash positions, including funds transfers and liquidity management; coordinate with other Treasury team members who are responsible for short-term investing and foreign exchange
  • Prepare or review various reports on the Company’s and affiliates’ cash position, investment portfolios, and cash variances
  • Perform banking activities that may include, bank account opening, account maintenance and know your client (KYC) requests, coordinating and participating in bank relationship meetings, analyzing bank fees to discover errors and recommend cost savings potential, and issuing letters of credit through our banking partner
  • Oversee and enhance processes and internal controls in cash management and payments areas
  • Provide customer service to internal customers on banking and cash management related matters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tax, Accounting and Legal to support various Treasury projects and transactions 
  • Act as a liaison between banks providing services in the cash collections and cash disbursements processes and relevant departments
  • Support affiliates’ banking activities that may include, bank account maintenance, processing personal payments, managing liquidity, and forecasting cash
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of staff 
  • Responsible for employee development, discipline, performance appraisals, and administration of policies 
  • Make recommendations regarding staffing decisions


Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field of study 
  • Ten (10) years of experience in corporate finance, accounting and/or banking, to include at least five (5) years of treasury experience
  • Supervisory experience required with strong leadership and management skills
  • Technical knowledge of banking processes
  • Excellent organization, project management, planning and time management skills. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and execute deliverables in a timely fashion.
  • Advanced financial computation and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Microsoft Word skills to include the ability to create reports containing graphs and other intermediate functions 
  • Microsoft Excel skills to include the ability to create spreadsheets (e.g., formulas such as V-lookup, graphs, pivot tables)
  • Microsoft Power Point skills to include the ability to create presentations and add slides, insert images, move and resize objects
  • Up to 5% domestic and international travel

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree
  • CPA and/or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg system and online banking systems
  • Experience with tax concepts
