What You’ll Do
Join our newly created Commercial Finance team and help us foster stronger cross-functional collaboration to yield better business plans, decision-making, and results.

As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will:

  • Assist and potentially lead in-depth financial analysis, build financial models, and develop fact-based recommendations to help business teams make informed business decisions
  • Build, implement, and assist the financial forecasting process for commercial Business Teams and assist the process on an annual and quarterly basis integrating it into other Dart processes (e.g. Integrated Business Planning)
  • Support leadership on financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and reporting for commercial team, analyzing P&L results and trends, and assessing opportunities and risks
  • Understand financial operations of the business and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to monitor budget adherence and provide consultation about the financial performance of your respective area
  • Collaborate with leadership to create annual financial goals and budgets including revenue, gross margin, COGS, price, and portfolio mix aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Work with the Finance team to provide accurate cost data in the development of pricing for new and existing customers
  • Proactively develop and share with the Business Teams, profit improvement ideas such as cost reductions, SKU rationalizations, and pricing and trade spend actions


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • 2 years of related experience; emphasis on commercial financial planning, P&L, accounting, budget management, financial forecasting, and pricing strategies
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a proven ability to develop others
  • Strong business acumen needed to make business decisions based on financial analysis, forecasts, and models
  • Basic knowledge of and experience working with financial and accounting statements, concepts and principles, especially income statements and various ROI methodologies (NPV, IRR, and payback)
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time domestically
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Favorable motor vehicle report upon hire


  • Experience with SAP processes, tools, and techniques for exploring, reporting and evaluating financial statements, alternative financial scenarios, and financial results
  • Understanding of GAAP and other accounting standards and procedures
  • Experience in a manufacturing company
