What You’ll Do
As a Quality Technician, you’ll be helping to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
- Learn the ins and outs of our processes, equipment, and materials
- Inspect, test, and analyze products to ensure top-notch quality
- Assist in identifying and solving quality issues
- Help implement corrective actions to prevent defects
- Maintain and review quality documentation and data
- Support engineers and technicians in developing new testing methods
- Collaborate with production teams to improve processes and products
- Contribute to internal audits and investigations
- Travel to production facilities (up to 25%) to support quality initiatives
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for curious, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and grow. You should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (technical training or experience is a plus!)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent visual/color acuity
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, fractions)
- Good communication skills—both written and verbal
- A willingness to learn quality tools like SPC, 5S, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in a manufacturing or lab environment
- Familiarity with quality control or testing equipment

This position can be hired at a Level I or Level II
Level II Qualifications:
- Requires one of the following:
- Associate’s degree with an emphasis in a quality control or engineering and one (1) year of manufacturing equipment and processes or quality experience, OR
- High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of manufacturing equipment and processes or quality experience
- Understanding of production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of products
- Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes
