Customer Service Representative

Provide exceptional customer service through the timely and accuratly entering and reviewing orders and responding and resolving customer related questions
Day-to-Day Role:
•    Process customer orders and respond to routine customer inquiries
•    Communicate with customers and internal departments on orders status and inquiries regarding order processing
•    Utilize customer service software to accept incomine workload and prioritize responses received from both internal and external customers
•    Consult and keep management apprised of non-standard order requests
•    With guidance from Supervisor, understand and interpret customer inquiries to determine the best options for resolution
•    Communicate with customers using both written and verbal communication that is free of spelling and grammatical errors
•    Utilize dual computer screens to reference multiple computer programs simultaneously while researching customer inquiries and processing orders 
•    Utilize customer notes to accurately respond to inquires and process orders

 

Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:
•    High school deplomia or equivalent
•    Six (6) months of customer service experience in an office environment
•    Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate to internal and external customers
•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•    Ability to independently multi-taks when performing standard and routine processes
•    Must be able to stay focused and engaged in a work environment that is open and active
•    Ability to maintaine composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment, characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities
•    Ability to exhibite creativity and flexibility in solving customer problems

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
•    Six (6) months of customer service experience in a call/contact center environment
•    SAP experience
