Dart is looking for a self-starter, analytical thinker, and multitasker to join our team as a WM ERP Analyst or as a Senior WM ERP Analyst. You will support Warehouse Management within Supply Chain and Manufacturing (SCM) as part of an outstanding techno functional team. You will be responsible for supporting SAP standard and Dart specific processes and ongoing projects related to SAP. Day to Day Role:

  • Gather, validate and translate business requirements into cohesive, integrated, designs and software development specifications
  • Write and execute test scenarios and scripts; ensure risks are mitigated or eliminated in partnership with Security and Controls team
  • Develop best practice business knowledge in order to support business integration into an SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft and other solutions
  • Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to all levels of users
  • Perform system configuration and support within SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft or other software, including custom and commercial off the shelf (COTS) programs
  • Support the development of training content for business users and provide functional support to users
  • Work on design, development and support of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflow objects, working with development resources
  • Perform functional unit testing, string testing, integration and user acceptance
  • Support portfolio and project management processes; estimate project work effort as needed
  • Create analysis and development documentation and Organizational Change Management (OCM) training materials
  • Maintain technical expertise, keeping current with evolving processes, systems, and technologies; sharing the knowledge with IT colleagues, business partners, and management

 

In addition to the above, the senior level will:

  • Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements and processes; define requirements, identify, and resolve system issues
  • Develop and mentor others in best-practice business knowledge to support business integration into SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, or other solutions
  • Lead translation of conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to all levels of users
  • Lead system configuration and support within SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft or other software, including custom and commercial off the shelf (COTS) programs; support the development of training content for business users and provide functional support to users
  • Lead design, development and support of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflow objects, working with development resources.  Perform functional unit testing, string testing, integration, and user acceptance testing 
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to other team members

 

Core Skills and Qualifications: 

Mid-level requires:

  • Three (3) years of SAP technical analysis work experience in Warehouse Management within Supply Chain
  • Experience with how to configure and apply SAP or other software solutions to solve business requirements in an implementation project

Senior-level requires:

  • Six (6) years of SAP technical analysis work experience in Warehouse Management within Supply Chain
  • Multiple examples of experience with how to configure and apply SAP or other software solutions to solve business requirements in an implementation project 
  • Prefer experience in mentoring other analysts

 

In addition to the above, both levels require:

  • Requires one of the following:
    • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in STEM fields preferred, OR
    • Associate’s degree or equivalent and six (6) years of IT experience, OR
    • High school diploma or equivalent and twelve (12) years of IT experience
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain options and solutions to business partners
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks, projects, and priorities
  • Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport
  • Requires a favorable motor vehicle report upon hire
  • Additional work hours including weekends and holidays as required

 

* Dart is unable to employ those who currently live in and expect to work out of any of the following U.S. states: Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Virginia and West Virginia, however relocation to the Mason, Michigan area may be considered in lieu of full time remote work.
