HRIS Employee Data Supervisor

Join a growing HR team who will transform how we deliver high quality services to our employees.  As we launch HR Connect, a new HR Contact Center based in our corporate office in Mason, Michigan, we need an HRIS Employee Data Supervisor to maintain the integrity of global HR employee master data and identify opportunities to improve related processes. 

We need an HRIS Employee Data Supervisor who will:

  • Manage, coach and develop the employee master data team
  • Complete workflow entries and maintenance of all HR and executive staff master data
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, and others to resolve issues, enhance processes, maximize master data service and ensure integrity of master data
  • Routinely audit employee data and organizational structure information to identify potential data issues or errors
  • Work with local HR teams in our production facilities to ensure master data is accurate
  • Conduct employee master data training for HR Connect staff and provides input on quick reference guides and other support materials

Core Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in business, technology or related preferred
  • Five (5) years of experience working with employee master data, including organizational structure
  • Two (2) years of experience with an HRIS employee master data system; SuccessFactors preferred
  • One (1) year of people management experience
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time domestically
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license
