HR Project Manager

As a part of the Total Rewards team, you will provide oversight, accountability, and management for high visibility projects including a redesign of Dart’s benefits and wellness plans - beginning with RFPs all the way through launch and testing. Additionally, you will be involved in upcoming compensation and retirement plan projects. Work with various stakeholders at different levels of the company to manage projects and improve transparency.


You will need to be confident in your abilities, independent, a problem-solver… and have a desire to “hit the ground running.”


This role will offer growth opportunity within HR and within the greater Corporate and/or Manufacturing teams. It will provide direct access to and experience with many different programs and departments.

Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal HR Project Manager candidate must possess:

  • One of the following:
    • Bachelor’s degree with three (3) years of experience leading projects
    • High school diploma AND five (5) years of experience leading projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams, and to explain issues or processes
  • Proven analytical problem solver
  • Ability to identify issues, compare data, investigate, and resolve discrepancies
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create intermediate level reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to effectively present to an audience
  • Ability to streamline processes, integrate, and associate pieces of information gathered from multiple sources and apply to projects
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time domestically
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a driver’s license with favorable motor vehicle report upon hire

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Human Resources
  • Experience with vendor management
