As we launch HR Connect, our new HR Service Center for employees across the globe, you will play a critical role in building the HR Connect team.  Once built, you will lead the team to ensure excellence in customer service, accuracy, efficiency and quality of all interactions and activities.  As the Service Center continually evolves, partner with peers and staff to identify opportunities for improvement and increased support.  Use your top-notch communication skills to work collaboratively with many others:

  • Work with the Knowledge & Process Specialist and Quality & Training Specialist to ensure the HR Connect staff has the tools and training necessary to provide excellent customer service.  
  • Work with the Quality & Training Specialist to identify and resolve customer service issues, follow up on customer service positive feedback and concerns, and highlight opportunities for customer service enhancements. 
  • Work with the Employee Master Data Supervisor to identify cross-functional development opportunities within the teams as well as to ensure coverage levels between the teams. 

Core Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal HR Service Center Supervisor must possess all of the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five (5) years of progressive experience working in an HR Service Center environment, including use of case management system and telephony
  • One (1) year of experience managing people
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time domestically
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Favorable motor vehicle report upon hire

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in business, technology or related
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
