HRIS Analyst - Multiple Levels

Dart is seeking an HR technology super-user who is looking to apply that knowledge in a project management role where you will serve as a subject matter expert and lead projects to enhance existing solutions or even implement new ones. 

Depending on your previous project leadership experiences, you can join our company at the Associate, Mid, or Senior level, and no degree is required!  This position is part of HR and will work closely with IT Project Managers and Developers.

Associate HRIS Analyst requires:

• One of the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree with one (1) year of experience in an analytical/configuration role, including experience using a Master Data system (for example, SAP SuccessFactors) or administering systems
  • Associate’s degree with two (2) years of experience in an analytical/configuration role, including experience using a Master Data system (for example, SAP SuccessFactors) or administering systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent with three (3) years of experience in an analytical/configuration role, including experience using a Master Data system (for example, SAP SuccessFactors) or administering systems

• One of the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree with two (2) years of experience using an HR Master Data system (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Associate’s degree with four (4) years of experience using an HR Master Data system (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
  • High school diploma or equivalent with six (6) years of experience using an HR Master Data system (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
• Two (2) years of experience in an HR analytical/coding/configuration role
• One (1) year of experience working on a project team in a leadership capacity

Senior HRIS Analyst requires:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
• Four (4) years of experience in an HRIS Analyst role
• Five (5) years of experience using an HR Master Data system (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
• Two (2) years of experience working on a project team in a leadership capacity
• Thorough working knowledge of processes and workflows within HR and other areas that leverage employee master data to provide consultation on system design and downstream impact 

All require:

• Microsoft Excel skills to include the ability to create spreadsheets (e.g., formulas such as V-lookup, graphs, pivot tables)
• Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes
• Demonstrated proficiency and understanding of Company Systems (e.g. AS400/iSeries/SAP/SuccessFactors) in order to effectively support department functions that utilize these systems
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time domestically
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Technology
• Related Certifications/Accreditations (e.g. Project Management, SuccessFactors SFX, PHR/SHRM-CP)
• HRIS analyst experience
• SuccessFactors administration experience (e.g., Employee Central)
• Relational database experience (i.e. MS Access or similar) with the ability to create tables, complex queries and reports from multiple sources of data
• SAP HCM experience
