Dart is looking for an HRIS Manager who is passionate about delivering a high-quality user experience while also producing an efficient technical solution. Over the past several years, we have implemented the full suite of SuccessFactors to complement our SAP On-Premise time, benefits, and payroll systems. We have several other HR software solutions, interfaces, and data integrations that are key to our business operations.


Our HRIS Manager

  • Is responsible for all aspects of the technology solutions that support our HR functions including strategic direction, implementation, governance, technical consultation, and day-to-day support.
  • Partners with various HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure that the HR technology strategy and roadmap align with business needs and are implemented effectively and efficiently.
  • Leads a team of HRIS Analysts ensuring appropriate delegation of duties, proper training and collaboration in support of the business

Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal HRIS Manager candidate must possess all of the following:

  • Requires one of the following:
    • Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of progressive experience in an HRIS Analyst or similar role including the use of an HR Master Data system (e.g. SuccessFactors/SAP HCM)
    • Associate’s degree with seven (7) years of progressive experience in an HRIS Analyst or similar role including the use of an HR Master Data system
    • High school diploma or equivalent with nine (9) years of progressive experience in an HRIS Analyst or similar role including the use of an HR Master Data system
  • Two (2) years direct people management experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of and experience in the full suite of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM (Time, Payroll, Benefits)
  • Working knowledge of HR lifecycle processes such as Hire to Retire, Pay for Performance, Talent Management and Development, etc.
  • Experience using the full suite of Microsoft products, including the ability to create basic documents and presentations in MS Word / PowerPoint, the ability to create advanced spreadsheets in MS Excel for data validations, load files, and analysis with advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.; and basic familiarity with MS Forms, Flows, PowerBI and Azure Dev Ops (ADO) Boards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams, and to explain technical/financial issues
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to produce accurate work.
  • Must exercise confidentiality, tact, diplomacy and independent judgment in the performance of duties. High level of honesty and integrity.
  • Strong customer service skills, including ability to work with all types of employees and to respond promptly, thoroughly, and accurately to requests and inquiries.
  • Ability to think strategically and see how parts interact with the big picture
  • Willingness to move forward with incomplete information
  • Ability to establish project plans, regularly monitor and track progress on work projects, and communicate with project partners
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time domestically
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Favorable motor vehicle report upon hire

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or IT disciplines
  • SaaS/Cloud solution implementation and integration experience
  • Related Certifications/Accreditations (e.g. SuccessFactors SFX, Agile Scrum, Project Management)
  • Fluency in Spanish, both verbal and written
