We are looking for an articulate IT Business Relationship Manager with strong knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM). Must be experienced and have a solid understanding of Dart’s corporate and production business functions to evaluate projects, determine return on investment and make recommendations to ensure that appropriate technology or services are developed to meet the Company’s needs. You will be the liaison between our technical teams and the business functions to provide the best process decisions for Dart. As an advocate you will be building relationships, focusing on reporting and analytics, while gathering business and technical requirements to build solutions for critical business issues.  As a collaborative point of contact, you will need to be detail oriented, a strong communicator, and have a customer service focus. Your self-motivation to drive day-to-day operations, make recommendations and manage project initiatives will help us meet our big picture goals!

Minimum Qualifications for the Associate level:

 

Requires one of the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and three (3) years of experience working as a Business Relationship Manager or performing similar job responsibilities OR
  • Associate's degree with an emphasis in business management, computer science or related field of study and two (2) years of experience working as a Business Relationship Manager or performing similar job responsibilities

 

  • Two (2) years of experience in business administration/management or  IT
  • Two (2) years of experience working in a manufacturing company
  • Two (2) years of experience working in a Human Resources environment 

 

Minimum Qualifications for the Mid-level:

Requires one of the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of experience working as a Business Relationship Manager or performing similar job responsibilities OR
  • Associate's degree with an emphasis in business management, computer science or related field of study and four (4) years of experience working as a Business Relationship Manager or performing similar job responsibilities

 

  • Four (4) years of related experience in business administration/management or  IT
  • Four (4) years of experience working in a manufacturing company
  • Four (4) years of experience working in a Human Resources environment

 

Requirements for both positions:

  • Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams, and to explain difficult issues
  • Ability to effectively present to an audience
  • Experience in customer and business facing roles
  • Ability to connect the people, process and technologies required to deliver business solutions
  • Ability to collaborate with IT and business teams working at remote locations
  • Familiarity with project and program management planning, strong organizational and follow up skills
  • Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities
  • Knowledge of financial modeling as it pertains to IT investment through the use of return on investment and net present value analysis
  • Ability to think strategically and see how parts interact with the big picture
  • Solid understanding of HR processes including familiarity with payroll, benefits, compensation, merit planning, recruiting and training
  • Demonstrated knowledge in how various HR processes impact payroll
  • SAP and SuccessFactors experience in HCM modules
  • Up to 15% domestic and international travel
  • Additional work hours including weekends and holidays as required
  • Requires a valid driver’s license and favorable motor vehicle report upon hire
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport
  • Availability to be on call 24/7

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel or Visio
  • Business Intelligence (BI) module experience
