The Int’l Business Process Administrator will be responsible for the accurate maintenance of base pricing for Int’l sales organizations and for administering the development and operation of business processes supporting the continuous improvement and efficiency of Int’l Administrative Sales business functions.


Day-to-Day Role:

  • Accurately perform base pricing maintenance tasks for Int’l Administrative Sales, as well as global price changes, product introductions and discontinuations, develop and update formal price literature, and generate and distribute customer price lists.
  • Make recommendations and collaborate with Administrative Sales staff, IT consultants, and other departments to identify, design, test and implement new systems or system enhancements to facilitate accurate and efficient business processes related to pricing management.
  • Submit, update and review documentation related to system changes and enhancements for Int’l Administrative Sales. This includes business requirement documents, functional specs, IT work requests, test scripts and test scenarios.
  • Responsible for promoting a team approach and actively participating in team building and the development of shared and effective business processes
  • Support management and other related department personnel that leads to successful integration of systems and software implementations
  • As assigned, develop and update training materials as well as conduct training to Int’l CSRs in order to maintain current up-to-date information regarding day-to-day functions within Int’l Administrative Sales
  • Monitor customer specific data and pricing records to ensure accuracy and that standards are met
  • As assigned, responsible for gathering data, conducting research as well as analyze results; and report findings to Int’l Administrative Sales Management
  • Assist Int’l Administrative Sales Management in coordinating and advancing projects; create project plans, identify timelines and prepare project documentation. Maintain Int’l Administrative Sales special projects log.
  • Provide Int’l business process support coverage for staff during absences
  • Promote a customer service focus resulting in high service levels
  • Assist in the identification of key performance indicators and metrics to measure cost savings


Core Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both Spanish and English necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes to individuals, groups or work teams; and to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams, and to explain difficult issues
  • Ability to utilize business sense and creativity to develop new ideas and solutions
  • Ability to streamline processes, integrate, and associate pieces of information gathered from multiple sources and apply to projects
  • Ability to think strategically and see how all parts of the process interact with the big picture
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
  • Ability to collaborate with team members
  • Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization while exhibiting a high degree of professionalism and tact
  • Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Experience working on projects involving the analysis of data and making recommendations based on findings
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create basic reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Up to 5% domestic and International travel
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a passport


Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • One (1) year of experience working on a project team
  • Working knowledge of web-based platforms, such as SharePoint
  • SAP experience
