Lead Employee Service Center Rep

The Employee Service Center (ESC) Representative Lead helps to ensure the functional daily operations of the HR ESC by coordinating work among the service center representatives and the specialists. The Lead ensures a high level of customer service and support to our organization by providing leadership for the HR ESC team. The Lead will respond to employee phone and electronic inquiries across all areas of human resources – including policies, benefits and pay and will be a member of the HR and Executive support team.


Core Skills and Qualifications

The ideal Lead Employee Service Center Rep candidate must possess all of the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of Human Resources experience required; Employee Contact Center environment experience, preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create basic reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to clearly explain options and solutions to end-users
  • Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to travel up to 5% domestic travel
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Favorable motor vehicle report upon hire
  • Project leadership or Team Leadership experience preferred
