• 7:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M.
• 7:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.

What you’ll do… 

• Commit to meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across safety, quality, production efficiency, and service standards, ensuring consistent adherence.
• Adhere to established practices and processes to deliver safe products compliant with regulations and company quality standards.
• Maintain a strict focus on safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout all operations.
• Competently set up, start, adjust, test, calibrate, operate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and safely shut down process equipment according to production schedules and specifications.
• Operate computer-controlled machines or robots to oversee and optimize multiple machine functions.
• Monitor and oversee the entire process machinery lifecycle, from raw materials through to finished goods, ensuring stringent quality and consistency.

What you’ll need… 

• Two (2) years of experience operating manufacturing and process control equipment or equivalent technical school or apprentice experience 

• Ability to observe, follow, understand, and evaluate processes demonstrated and other workplace procedures

• Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues 

• Math skills to include simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division 

• Paper converting, chemical/plastics processing and/or packaging industrial experience, preferred
