This is a high-visibility role where you’ll own the MRO ecosystem end-to-end—from supplier strategy and contract negotiations to program execution and plant-level adoption.

What You’ll Do...

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for MRO and assigned commodities across multiple sites

  • Build and manage strong supplier relationships while improving performance and mitigating risk
  • Implement standardized MRO programs, buying channels, and compliance mechanisms
  • Partner with plant operations, purchasing, and finance to ensure alignment and execution
  • Lead key initiatives from planning through completion, removing obstacles and ensuring results
  • Provide market intelligence, forecasting, and budgeting insights for key categories
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure supplier performance and procurement effectiveness

What You Bring...

  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business, supply chain, or related technical field of study; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Industry procurement experience with a diversified background working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, logistics and manufacturing groups preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong management skills
  • Knowledge of current supply chain activities, initiatives and systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technology, trends and best practices in the supply chain function
  • Ability to calculate, analyze, and interpret mathematical information such as percent differences, ratios, median, mean, weighted average, etc.
  • Experience using central purchasing systems and Microsoft Office, including the ability to create basic reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams, and to explain technical issues
  • Effective problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills are essential to manage critical processes
  • Experience managing and executing multiple tasks, projects and priorities
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Who You Are...

  • Energetic, innovative, and results-oriented
  • A strong relationship builder—especially with plant teams and suppliers
  • Data-driven with a passion for process improvement
  • Accountable and comfortable holding others accountable
  • A proactive communicator who follows through and drives outcomes
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and leads initiatives to completion

Why Join Us?
