About the Role
Our Product Management team drives the success of our Consumer Products portfolio through strategic planning, execution, and cross‑functional leadership. Whether you join as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, you will influence product direction, champion innovation, and deliver measurable financial impact.
Key Responsibilities
(Responsibilities scale by level—Sr PM leads more complex portfolios and owns full P&L)
Strategy & Financial Performance
- Develop and execute annual and multi‑year product strategies that drive profitable growth.
- Contribute to or own (Senior PM) P&L performance, proactively monitoring revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Partner with Finance and leadership to develop annual budgets and financial goals.
- Support or lead pricing strategy and participate in customer‑specific pricing decisions.
Product Lifecycle Leadership
- Manage the full product lifecycle: strategy, roadmap, pricing, development, enhancements, SKU optimization, and obsolescence.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new product opportunities; develop business cases and help lead commercialization efforts.
- Champion cost‑reduction initiatives that align COGS and portfolio mix with strategic priorities.
Customer, Market & Manufacturing Insight
- Develop deep customer, market, and competitive insights to guide product decisions.
- Partner with Sales to support key customers and align product strategy with customer needs.
- Understand manufacturing processes and collaborate with Operations to drive reliability, quality, and cost efficiency.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales to drive brand strategy, messaging, and activation for assigned product lines.
- Partner with Supply Chain on forecasting, demand planning, and capacity considerations.
- Monitor service levels and lead issue resolution to protect customer experience.
- Promote data‑driven decision‑making, accountability, and continuous improvement across the business.
Core Skills & Qualifications
Product Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 2+ years in product management, marketing, or a similar business role
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem‑solving skills (ROI, NPV, forecasting, business cases).
- Ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail.
- Strongly prefer experience in consumer-packaged goods or foodservice packaging.
Sr Product Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, packaging, or related field with 5+ years in product management or related role
- Proven success owning product lines and delivering year‑over‑year growth.
- Demonstrated experience in product strategy, innovation, pricing, P&L management, and lifecycle leadership.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and financial skills (NPV, ROI, DCF).
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence at all levels, and champion customer needs.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage complex, fast‑paced workloads.
- Strongly prefer experience in the foodservice packaging industry.
