Production Supervisor

Shift Availability:

• 7pm-7am on a 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend off, with support of continuous operations. Training for several weeks on day shift will be required before starting on night shift.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve operational and business goals.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Schedule production priorities, equipment, workstations, and staffing to meet customer demands and production targets.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Monitor daily attendance, assign employees to production lines, and coordinate breaks to maintain operational flow.
• Conduct production floor audits, verify adherence to standard work, and address performance or process gaps.
• Inspect product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support overall plant performance.Generate reports and maintain accurate production and employee records.
• Spend approximately 75% of your time on the production floor, actively supporting operations and employees.

What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and engage employees
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to train employees on processes, procedures, and technology
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in the English language to support safety, quality, and employee communications

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree 
• SAP experience 
• Lean manufacturing experience
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
