Program Manager - Integrated Decision Management

The Program Manager - Integrated Decision Management provides oversight and execution support for strategic transformation initiatives, with a focus on platform optimization workstreams, productivity tracking and reporting, and integrated decision making facilitation.

 

Day to Day Role

  • Work with business partners and leaders to support change management strategies
  • Provide vision and expertise for necessary tools and process guidance across the Integrated Decision Making (IDM) design framework
  • Facilitate IDM meetings and advise leaders on new ways of working withing the designed forums
  • Apply agile and/or other methodologies in order to propose and implement necessary changes and updates to IDM as implementation takes place
  • Propose and implement new and innovative methods to add value throughout the IDM process in order to best facilitate integrated decision making
  • Define program goals and objectives in alignment with organizational strategy
  • Develop and manage multiple complex program roadmaps, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget
  • Determine and present program status, issues, and risks to leadership and stakeholders regularly
  • Identify potential program risks and develop mitigation strategies or corrective actions when necessary
  • Lead cross functional groups of all levels in the organization through influence, fostering collaboration, alignment, and accountability

 

Core Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, finance or related field of study
  • Experience preparing reports and dashboards for company leadership
  • Experience proposing, planning and implementing process improvements to job function systems/tools 
  • Experience managing multiple complex concurrent objectives, tasks, or activities; making effective contributions to prioritizing and time allocation
  • Experience interpreting data, formulating conclusions, proposing and implementing recommendations with sound judgement
  • Experience interpreting and effectively communicating complex processes
  • Experience developing and maintaining effective and productive relationships with cross-functional peers and company leaders/executives
  • Experience diagnosing issues and improving processes utilizing continuous improvement/problem solving techniques
  • Experience establishing project plans, regularly monitoring and tracking progress on work projects, and communicating with project partners
  • Ability to think strategically and see how parts interact with the big picture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams, and to explain technical, financial, etc. issues
  • Up to 25% domestic travel
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Requires a favorable motor vehicle report upon hire
