Travel: 25%–50% -- depending on project needs.
Associate Quality Engineer:
What You'll Do...
- Participate in small, minimally complex engineering projects.
- Learn processes, equipment, raw materials, and products.
- Support troubleshooting using basic statistical and quality tools.
- Assist in creating test parameters and gathering data.
- Help draft procedures, inspection criteria, and equipment accuracy programs.
- Participate in internal and third‑party audits and corrective actions.
What You'll Bring...
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or associate degree + 6 years related experience.
- Familiarity with SPC, 5S, 8D, FMEA, RCA, Gage R&R, DOE (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively.
Quality Engineer:
What You'll Do...
- Manage and execute moderately complex projects.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, suppliers, and production teams.
- Apply statistical and quality methodologies to analyze and improve processes.
- Lead and prioritize lab testing activities.
- Develop procedures, inspection criteria, and training.
- Participate in audits while also supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers.
What You'll Bring...
- Bachelor’s degree + 3 years engineering experience
or associate degree + 9 years engineering experience. - Proficiency with SPC, SQC, 5S, 8D, FMEA, RCA, Gage R&R, DOE.
- Strong decision‑making, communication, and project‑management skills.
Sr. Quality Engineer:
What You'll Do...
- Lead large, complex engineering projects with long durations.
- Coordinate and guide teams of engineers, technicians, and designers.
- Utilize advanced statistical and quality tools to drive high‑impact improvements.
- Develop training, procedures, and audit programs.
- Manage internal and external audits and oversee corrective actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Mentor and develop junior and mid‑level engineers.
What You'll Bring...
- Bachelor’s degree + 6 years engineering experience
or associate degree + 12 years engineering experience. - Advanced expertise with SPC, SQC, 5S, 8D, FMEA, RCA, Gage R&R, DOE.
- Strong leadership, logic/reasoning abilities, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage large, complex projects with minimal supervision.
