We are looking for someone with great customer service skills that can talk to and work with a diverse group of people to resolve complex customer complaints relating to product quality by gathering information, investigating, analyzing and confirming a proper corrective action plan.

Day-to-Day Role:


  • Identify, investigate, and resolve complex customer complaints
  • Apply problem-solving methods in identifying, prioritizing, communicating and resolving complaints
  • Interface with appropriate internal and external groups to gather necessary information to conduct timely complaint investigations to resolve issues and create appropriate response to customers
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and other departments to determine root causes of product quality issues
  • Compose and communicate resolution to customer contact center staff, sales or directly to customers
  • Create and maintain complaint files, supporting documentation and communicated resolution
  • Compile, identify and report trends and emerging quality issues and notify appropriate personnel to take action
  • Work with quality personnel on customer compliance activities and projects
  • Recommend continuous improvement plans where efficiency, quality, safety or service can be improved

Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:


  • Requires one of the following:

    • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business, quality or related field of study and two (2) years of related experience, OR

    • Associate’s degree with an emphasis in business or quality and four (4) years of related experience, OR

    • High school diploma or equivalent and six (6) years of related business or quality experience

  • Excellent verbal and written skills are necessary in order to communicate detailed job-related processes to internal and external customers

  • Strong math and spreadsheet skills, including the ability to review, analyze and interpret data, and provide conclusions and recommendations based on analysis

  • Strong analytical experience including investigating issues, recognizing trends and recommending solutions to quality issues

  • Ability to understand and communicate production processes, quality operations and methods, procedures and other business-related issues that can impact product quality

  • Understanding or root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions and other problem-solving methods

  • Ability to prioritize and organize projects, deadlines and tasks with little supervision both independently and in teams

  • Facility with Microsoft Office suite of products and other software programs

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Spanish and Portuguese reading, writing, and speaking skills
