SEASONAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Day-to-Day Role:

• General housekeeping, clean-up, maintenance, and repair services for corporate offices and grounds
• Identify maintenance problems and report them to the Supervisor
• Assist in light construction activities in an office environment such as demolition, drywall installation, and painting
• Assist in general maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
• Complete general deliveries and pick-up of various items around campus
• General lawn maintenance 
• Able to operate push mower and weed whip
• Understand and comply with all OSHA and facility safety procedures

Core Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

• Able to work both inside and outside 
• Strong verbal skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes
• Prefer proficient use of hand tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Requires a favorable motor vehicle report upon hire
