Senior ERP Analyst

Day-to-Day Role:

  • Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements and processes; define requirements, identify and resolve systems solutions.
  • Write and execute test scenarios and scripts; ensure risks are mitigated or eliminated in partnership with the Security and Controls team.
  • Develop and mentor others in best-practice business knowledge in order to support business integration into SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft or other solution.
  • Lead translation of conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to all levels of users.
  • Lead system configuration and support within SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft or other software, including custom and commercial off the shelf (COTS) programs; support the development of training content for business users and provide functional support to users.
  • Lead design, development and support of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflow objects, working with development resources.
  • Perform functional unit testing, string testing, integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Support portfolio and project management processes; estimate project work effort as needed.
  • Create analysis and development documentation and Organizational Change Management (0CM) training materials.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to other team members.
  • Maintain technical expertise, keeping current with evolving processes, systems, and technologies; share that knowledge with IT colleagues, business partners and management.
  • Up to 20% domestic and international travel.

 

Core Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Will accept 3 year degree) and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or any related occupation
  • Six (6) years of experience with SAP, Salesforce, or other technical analysis work experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or HR.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 20% of the time
