Our SharePoint Development team is looking for a Systems Analyst\Developer with a depth of knowledge in enterprise document management and software development to join our team.  The System Analyst will be in a position to help drive Dart’s ROI related to multiple enterprise applications.

The Systems Analyst needs to be a confident, proactive, problem solver with knowledge of the all lifecycle phases of solution development including requirements analysis, design, development, QA and maintenance.  This position will focus on delivering solutions in support of Dart’s various business units in regards to business process automation and enterprise document management leveraging KnowledgeLake and SharePoint.

Core Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

  • Requires one of the following:
    • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in computer science, web development, information systems, or a related field of study and five (5) years of IT experience
    • Associate’s degree with an emphasis in computer science, web development, information systems, or a related field of study and seven (7) years of IT experience
  • Three (3) years’ experience with SharePoint
  • Three (3) years of SharePoint Development experience leveraging Visual Studio/C#/JavaScript & HTML/CSS
  • Three (3) years’ experience using JavaScript libraries/frameworks such as Angular, Knockout, jQuery. 
  • Custom workflow development using SharePoint Designer, VisualStudio, and/or Nintex
  • Good understanding of SharePoint development models, object model, security and OOB features
  • Working knowledge of relational databases systems, specifically MS SQL Server
  • Ability to understand complex business logic and translate to SharePoint workflows
  • Experience with SharePoint migrations
  • Experience with SharePoint out-of-box web parts and add-ins such as CEWP, CQWP, Script Editor, HTML Form, and Filters
  • Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes to internal and external customers
  • Ability to collaborate with team members
  • Able to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, and asking questions as appropriate
  • Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks, projects and priorities
  • Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Background in enterprise content management
  • Experience using Optical Character Recognition systems
  • Experience with PowerShell
  • Experience with Java
  • Experience with the following KnowledgeLake products:
    • KnowledgeLake Unify
    • KnowledgeLake Connect
    • KnowledgeLake Capture
    • KnowledgeLake CaptureServer Pro
    • KnowledgeLake Advanced Capture (Ephesoft)
  • Experience with multiple development lifecycles such as waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
