Analyze and define SAP functions, business functions, processes and user needs; perform functional configuration and maintenance tasks for SAP systems according to operational and business needs.

 

Dart Container has ERP Analysts to support the areas of:

  • Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Finance (FIN)
  • Order to Cash (OTC)
  • Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM)
  • Procure to Pay (PTP)
  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
  • Quality Management (QM)
  • Process Integration and Process Optimization (PI/PO)

Day-to-Day Role:

  • Lead and facilitate analysis of business requirements and processes 
  • Identify gaps in systems processes and design solutions to resolve
  • Gather, validate and translate business requirements into cohesive, integrated designs and software development specifications
  • Write and execute test scenarios and scripts to validate requirements; write business process design documents, functional specifications and functional unit testing documents
  • Perform testing and defect resolution to ensure quality solutions.  This includes functional unit testing, string testing, integration testing, and regression testing
  • Collaborate with others to analyze requirements; design and develop solutions including applying best-practice business and technical knowledge
  • Implement solutions using the tools and utilities available within the applicable technology
  • Support the development of training content for business users and provide functional support to end users
  • Work with other development resources in design, estimation of effort, and development of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows
  • Provide mentoring to other team members
  • Maintain technical expertise, keeping current with evolving processes, systems, and technologies; share that knowledge with colleagues

Core Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with an emphasis in Computer Systems, Engineering, or similar IT related specialization
  • Eight (8) years of previous work experience in Information Technology roles with six (6) years focused in supporting SAP applications.
  • Five (5) years of ERP Analyst experience within Transportation Management (LE-TRA) and/or OTC with minimum of three (3) years in LE-TRA(SAP transportation)
  • Knowledge of SAP delivery processing including delivery creation options via various standard SAP options
  • Experience setting up different delivery types including fundamental item categories specific to delivery documents
  • Deep understanding of the relationship between delivery and shipment processing within context of SAP's LE-TRA
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of shipment processing including configuration of a shipment profile
  • Deep understanding of shipment costing and various shipment statuses and stages of shipments
  • Understanding of SAP's condition techniques which is used both in transactional document output generation and in SAP pricing/costing
  • Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes to internal and external customers
  • Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities
  • Up to 20% domestic and international travel 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport
  • Requires a favorable motor vehicle report upon hire
  • Additional work hours including weekends and holidays as required

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in mentoring
  • Knowledge of Foreign Trade with regards to LE-TRA processes
  • Experience with at least two (2) full lifecycle SAP implementation projects with at least one (1) project focused on LE-TRA(SAP transportation)
  • Knowledge of Foreign Trade with regards to LE-TRA processes
