Drive technology with a high level of independence across cross functional business groups to align business and customer needs with software solutions and business processes, with the goal of establishing and maturing the value of our marketing technology, services, and governance.

Day-to-Day Role:

  • Own integration, governance, optimization, and lifecycle management of assigned marketing technologies
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned systems, ensuring stakeholder alignment, compliance, and operational continuity
  • Translate and architect business and marketing objectives into technical requirements, roadmaps, workflows, and implementation strategies in partnership with IT
  • Direct cross-functional and vendor-led initiatives across Agile and Waterfall environments, ensuring alignment to strategic goals, timelines, and risk controls
  • Oversee technical solution design, software evaluations, implementations, enhancements, and front-end/content changes
  • Establish and govern prioritization frameworks, documentation, backlogs, and usage standards to enable scalable, consistent operations
  • Ensure solution quality and business alignment through leadership of UAT, standards adherence, and operational validation
  • Manage and advise on vendor relationships, contracts, escalations, incidents, and new vendor assessments to maintain service continuity and value realization
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement through enablement, best practices, and recommendations aligned to enterprise strategy and emerging MarTech capabilities

Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information systems, computer science, or related field of study
  • Demonstrated experience successfully defining technical product strategies, roadmaps, prioritization models, cost/time estimates, and end-to-end development lifecycles with internal teams and external vendors
  • Proven capability influencing alignment and translating complex marketing objectives, product requirements, value, risk, barriers, and technical concepts for stakeholders and leadership
  • Extensive experience leveraging marketing technology to drive branding, digital marketing, analytics, and customer experience outcomes within a business environment
  • Demonstrated leadership of marketing enterprise software implementations and enhancements across Agile, Lean, and Waterfall environments
  • Advanced experience with enterprise platforms including CMS, DAM, relational databases, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and integrated MarTech ecosystems
  • Strong technical knowledge of web and mobile technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, UX/UI, tracking frameworks, A/B testing, and performance analytics to support site enhancements and campaign optimization
  • Experience identifying, remediating, and governing digital accessibility requirements in alignment with current WCAG standards
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and PDF automation, including creation of complex automated outputs and presentation materials
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and operate with composure and precision in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with competing priorities
