As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead and grow a strategic product portfolio within our  National Account channel. You’ll drive innovation, guide product strategy from concept to sunset, and deliver strong financial results—all while partnering cross‑functionally to elevate brand impact, manufacturing excellence, and customer value.

This role offers full P&L ownership, meaningful influence on long‑term strategy, and the opportunity to shape products used by customers nationwide.

What you'll do...

In this highly visible role, you’ll translate strategy into results by:

  • Leading cross‑functional development and execution of annual and multi‑year product strategies that drive profitable growth, margin expansion, and cost improvement
  • Owning the P&L for assigned product lines, proactively managing revenue, cost, and profitability to identify opportunities and mitigate risk
  • Partnering with Leadership and Finance to set financial targets and deliver sustainable business results
  • Shaping and executing pricing strategies, including participation in strategic customer pricing decisions
  • Driving cost‑reduction and portfolio optimization initiatives while maintaining a best‑in‑class customer experience
  • Managing the full product lifecycle—from strategy and roadmapping through development, pricing, SKU optimization, and end‑of‑life decisions
  • Building a robust innovation pipeline; developing business cases and sponsoring cross‑functional commercialization efforts to deliver on‑time, on‑budget launches
  • Leveraging customer insights, competitive intelligence, market trends, and manufacturing knowledge to guide portfolio decisions
  • Partnering with Sales to support key customer relationships and align product strategies to customer objectives
  • Collaborating with Marketing on brand strategy, messaging, and go‑to‑market execution
  • Working closely with Sales and Supply Chain on demand planning, forecasting, service levels, and capacity planning
  • Championing product quality and continuous improvement to support profitable growth and customer satisfaction

What you'll bring...

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Packaging, or related field of study with 5 years experience in product management or a closely related role
  • Demonstrated experience managing product lines and delivering results by proactively driving year over year top and bottom line growth
  • Experienced in applying a strategic mindset to P&L ownership, product roadmap development, innovation, portfolio optimization, and all aspects of product lifecycle management
  • Successful champion of customer satisfaction by aligning product development, pricing, and portfolio decisions with market needs.  Maintains a strong focus on delivering value through reliable service, quality standards, and responsiveness to evolving customer expectations to enhance outcomes.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking along with the ability to blend creative problem solving with data driven, analytical, financial, and quantitative skills to analyze complex challenges, synthesize insights from multiple sources, and implement effective long-term solutions.
  • Proven ability to  achieve results by fostering strong cross-functional collaboration and creating a motivational environment which encourages ownership.  Builds trust and alignment across internal teams and external partners, influencing decision-making and driving consensus, accountability, and continuous improvement at all organizational levels.
  • Skilled in the interpretation of financial models and analysis (NPV, ROI, DCF), budgets, and financial statements to support data-driven decision-making
