We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across our manufacturing and distribution network. This role plays a critical part in driving large-scale transformation, operational excellence, and cost-savings initiatives, delivering meaningful value across the organization.

 

In this role, you will manage complex, cross-functional projects that optimize supply chain processes, improve efficiency, and support long-term strategic goals, including significant cost-savings targets. You’ll partner closely with internal leaders and external consultants to shape the future of our supply chain.

 

Location: Mason, MI; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL 
            *If you are unable to be based at our facility locations, this position is available as a remote role. Please note that remote work requires 50-60% travel as needed for projects.
 
 

What You’ll Do...

  • Lead moderate to large-scale supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics projects from initiation through closeout
  • Partner with leadership to define scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and business cases
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver results
  • Track milestones, risks, scope changes, and financial performance; communicate status and recommendations to leadership
  • Support manufacturing and distribution network planning aligned to cost savings and OPEX goals
  • Capture lessons learned and complete project closeout and reporting

 

What We’re Looking For...

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience managing moderate to large-scale supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics projects
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Strong financial, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing or distribution experience
  • Exposure to OPEX or transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of SAP and OnePlan
  • Project management training and/or PMP certification
