We’re looking for a Dispatcher to join our systems office team! In this role, you'll be at the center of all trailer movements, shipment coordination, and inventory-related dispatching activities. If you're organized, a strong communicator, and love a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you.

Shift:

• 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

What You’ll Do... 

• Schedule, route, and allocate outbound orders.
• Bill and close outbound orders.
• Schedule and process customer returns.
• Dispatch inbound and outbound trailers.
• Schedule consolidation moves for finished goods inventory.
• Schedule and perform cycle counts.
• Research inventory errors
• Investigate overages, shortages, and damage shipments.
• Create and close inbound orders.
• Communicate with other departments who have an impact on the finished goods inventory.
• Run SQL reports as needed
• Work on special projects as assigned.

What You Bring...

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in dispatching (automotive or freight preferred), warehouse coordination, or logistics
• Demonstrated proficiency in English to ensure effective communication, including training, safety, and quality discussions.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools such as SAP.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities, including a professional phone demeanor.
• Quick and effective decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
• Ability and willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes related to scheduling and warehouse operations.
