<span 72="">Day-to-Day Role:

  • <span 72="">Follow and commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements.
  • <span 72="">Follow practices and processes intended to provide safe products that comply with appropriate laws and regulations, meet the company quality standards
  • <span 72="">Follow and commit to safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • <span 72="">May include one or more of the following:
    • <span 72="">load, remove, pack, sort and transport raw materials, finished products, or by-products manually
    • <span 72="">hand stack finished goods
    • <span 72="">sort and stack boxes into patterns
    • <span 72="">set up film rolls on automatic packaging machinery and perform film changes 
    • <span 72="">palletize cartons of product and stage them for disposal
    • <span 72="">clean production equipment and work areas
    • <span 72="">clean trenches
    • <span 72="">pickup, collect and remove scrap, dust, and other debris from production area
    • <span 72="">perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties
    • <span 72="">collect trash from production areas and empty containers at the end of the shift
    • <span 72="">cut, stack, and clean materials for recycling

<span 72="">Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

  • <span 72="">Ability to observe, follow, understand, and evaluate processes demonstrated and other workplace procedures
  • <span 72="">Ability to meet safety and quality standards.
  • <span 72="">Ability to work independently
  • <span 72="">Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues.

<span 72="">Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • <span 72="">Prior manufacturing experience
