Because this is a manufacturing environment, you’ll be exposed to varying noise levels (hearing protection will be provided) and higher than usual temperatures. Additionally, comfortable, closed-toe shoes are a must!

Day-to-Day Role:

  • Run production lines and printers to fulfill customers' orders.
  • Inspect and sort plain and printed product for defects or deficiencies, observe manufacturing line for malfunctions, and notify supervision and maintenance of malfunctions.
  • Package plain and printed product by assembling cardboard boxes for caser and closing filled boxes as they come off of caser. Filled boxes are to be placed in staging area for removal by material handler.
  • Hand package manual lines to include inspecting, counting, bagging, and casing.
  • Ensure correct and legible date code is marked on all filled cases.
  • Complete required quality logs and count sheets.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Comply with good manufacturing practices (GMP) as required.
  • Comply with all Dart Container policy and procedures.
  • Share overall responsibility for product safety, legality, regulatory compliance, and quality systems.
  • Assist with quality control, material handling, and other operations as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Core Skills and Qualifications:
    The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:
  • Demonstrate minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
  • Candidate is required to work a 12 hour shift 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
  • Candidate is required to work a 12 hour shift 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
  • Must be able to work some weekends and overtime as needed.
    Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Industrial/manufacturing experience
