We're seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys being on the floor, supporting employees, solving problems in real time, and driving operational excellence. The successful candidate will spend approximately 75% of their time on the warehouse floor, leading by example and stepping in to support day-to-day operations whenever needed.

Shift Availability:

  • 8am-5pm with support of continuous operations

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees while fostering a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and accountability
  • Supervise shipping, receiving, inventory control, dock management, and freight coordination activities
  • Monitor and drive performance against Safety, Quality, Service, Efficiency, and Employee Development KPIs
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and daily workflow priorities to meet operational goals
  • Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, shipment escalations, and inventory accuracy
  • Train employees on warehouse processes, systems, and supply chain procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of warehouse experience and at least 1 year of leadership or lead experience
  • Experience in a smaller manufacturing or distribution environment where supervisors are expected to work alongside their teams and support multiple operational functions
  • Strong leadership, communication, and employee development skills
  • Experience with warehouse or production software; SAP experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Lean manufacturing experience
  • Experience in packaging, paper converting, plastics, chemical processing, or related manufacturing environments
