Bilingual Sales and Mktg Support Spec

SUMMARY: This position reporting to the Sales & Marketing Support Supervisor will be responsible for

  1. To provide administrative support to meet the needs of the Sales and Marketing Departments.
  2. To create and contribute to a working environment to be self-motivated to perform in a manner that is congruent with Dart’s Values.
  3. To participate and collaborate cross-functionally with all departments as required in supporting the administrative needs of our sales organization, Marketing Team and our customers.

Day-to-Day Role:


  • Perform Sales & Marketing Support tasks in an accurate and timely fashion to ensure successful completion against timelines set.
  • Coordinate projects with team or other departments to completion
  • Participate in cross training provide backup coverage within department
  • Maintain departmental Policies and Procedures
  • Make recommendations to management for decisions outside normal company guidelines to improve efficiencies
  • Providing administrative support to include sales reports, data consolidation, creating memos, handling correspondence, data entry and other documents as necessary
  • Creating customized customer facing documents and reports
  • Developing/enhancing key presentations
  • Processing a high volume of requests via email and phone calls from the sales team, marketing team and customers (enquire line and email)
  • Listing forms and customer pricing forms
  • Certifications certificate requests
  • Processing graphics art request, critical path management, image requests and sample requests
  • Maintaining floor stocking agreements to support product forecasts
  • Update of GS1 / ECC Net Database
  • Process marketing Promo (CMA’s) and purchase orders
  • Event planning, Sales Conference
  • Customer Portal Maintenance
  • Periodic updates of Sell Sheets, Brochures, Feature Advantage Benefit guide, Product Assortment Guide and Minimum Run guides
  • Updating the SharePoint site for Sales and Marketing
  • Customer contact information management and handling large customer communications
  • Translation Tracking and completion of translation requests

Core Skills and Qualifications:


The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

  • 1 to 3 years of related experience
  • Bilingual in English and French with strong translation an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written skills (in both French and English preferred), necessary for communication with internal and external customers; verbal skills to include a pleasant phone demeanor
  • Strong analytical skills for strategic decision-making and problem solving
  • Ability to prioritize workload in order of importance and work well under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate “personal accountability” in all areas of position performance
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • SAP experience an asset
  • Advanced level skills with Microsoft outlook, excel, power point and word
  • Adaptable to change
  • Superior presentation skills

  • Bilingual in English and French
