This position reporting to the Credit and Sales Administration Manager will be responsible to provide administrative support to meet the needs of our sales organization and our customers.

Day-to-Day Role:

Sales administration responsibilities but not limited to:

 

  • Provide administrative support for assigned tasks to include:

             -Sales reporting and data consolidation and analysis

             -Creating customized customer facing documents and reports

             -Creating memos, handling correspondence and other documents as necessary

             -Data entry

             -Filing/scanning

             -Developing/enhancing key presentations

             -Listng/cost change forms

             -Certifications

             -Supporting the customer enquiry and inside sales program

             -Presentation of proposals and price lists

             -System generated price lists

             -Sample request process

             -Image requests

             -Maintain floor stocking agreements to support forecasts for end user accounts

             -Graphics art request process

  • Process a high volume of requests via email and phone calls from the sales team and customers
  • Respond to internal and external customer needs in a timely, accurate and professional manner
  • Proof read materials for accuracy and readability
  • Provide backup responsibility to department as required
  • Participate and collaborate cross-functionally with all departments as required
  • Build and maintain relationships with our internal and external customers
  • Participte in departmental projects for process improvements

 

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Other projects as assigned by Credit and Sales Administration Manager
  • Will perform other duties as assigned

Core Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

  • Three (3)+  years sales administration experience
  • College Business or Marketing graduate preferred
  • Innovative, analytical and strategic problem solver
  • Ability to gather details and analyze for decision making to resolve problems in a timely matter with a focus on a high level of customer service and recognition of business objectives
  • Acute attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality
  • Superior time management and organizational skills to manage priorities and workflow
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time to meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
  • Self-starter with the ability to work well with minimal direct supervision and large degree of resourcefulness and ability to think outside the box is required
  • Familiar with SAP and BI an asset
  • Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Introspective
  • Receptive to developmental feedback to meet established standards and for growth to perform at a higher level
  • Adaptable to changing business requirements
  • Ensure high level of confidentiality
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in French
